Zia's opened it's doors in 2005 and is the creation of chef Daniela Troia. Daniela feels everyone at the table should be happy while having the healthiest ingredients. Her calling is to guide people to be conscious of their food choices.
Everyday, Daniela meticulously seeks out the cleanest ingredients that support local, sustainable producers to create the thoughtful menu found at Zia’s.

At Zia's we understand that everyone is different; everyone has unique tastes and each person’s body is designed for a particular diet. So, we have created a menu that offers healthy, earth-conscious choices for any kind of eater. From Paleo to vegans, vegetarians & raw foodists, we exclude no one and think that everyone has a responsibility to themselves as well as to our planet to eat food that is fresh, healthy and produced cleanly.
We use locally & responsibly sourced produce, breads, meats & eggs. We are obsessive about our ingredients, cooking only with organic spelt flour, organic cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, organic sweeteners & sea salt.
